About Frame Cleaning
With long-term use, the surface may lose its shine, become dull, or slightly change color due to sun exposure. However, through this frame cleaning service, these issues can be restored, returning the frame to its original matte silver appearance.
- The serial number will remain intact.
The processing time is approximately three weeks after receiving the frame, depending on the order backlog.
Please note that this frame cleaning does not involve restoring the material from the base metal. Instead, it is a surface cleaning that uses a polishing agent to remove dirt and dullness. Therefore, surface irregularities and deep scratches will not disappear.
Please place your order as you would a normal order, adding this service to your shopping cart.
If you purchased lenses, rubber parts, or any other components at the same time, please indicate in the remarks section whether you would like us to attach them.
We will change these parts at no additional cost! (There will be no extra attachment fee.)
After You Place Your Order
Once you have placed your order, please send your frame to us. The shipping address is provided below.
Please declare the value of your package lower and describe it as "Used Sunglasses for Repair" on the shipping label to avoid import taxes.
We ask for your cooperation on this point, as declaring your frame incorrectly as merchandise on the shipping label may incur high import taxes for receiving your frame.
Please pay the shipping fee when you send your frame to us. Also, if you send the product and it does not reach us, we are not responsible for it, so please use a shipping method with a tracking number.
We will complete this service within 2 to 3 weeks. Once finished, we will send your frame back via EMS and provide you with a tracking number.

Additional Information
When sending your frame to us, there’s no need to remove any parts; we will handle the removal and replacement ourselves. If you purchase other parts along with your order, we will combine them and ship them back together with the tune-up services.
Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The estimated time to complete this service does not include our holidays.
