Orbital screw was stripped and subsequently broken in an attempt to remove. After consulting with various professionals/services, LineGear was the only option that was confident in meeting expectations. Prompt replies on all inquiries (Daisuke is exceptional), updates provided when necessary/requested… they laid out a plan and timeline and everything was right on schedule and the product/service met all expectations… even including reassembly. The price was very fair/reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company ever.
