Remove the temple screws with a T6 screw driver
After removing the old washer, install the new washer upper side one piece and lower side one.
Use 2 pieces of washer for one frame. Some buyer prefer to use four.
Sandwiching a flathead screwdriver (or a toothpick, etc.) into the frame to spread the gap.
Keep it there
Put one washer on top of the arm up and another one under.
Dip the washer in the water a bit, it helps them stick to the frame.
Keep the frame expand with the screw driver, install the ear stem (arm) to the frame.
Use a toothpick stick to help keep the washer in place.
Remove the flathead screw driver.
Take out the toothpick stick slowly.
Install the screw and tighten it.
